I have read the reviews from all of the success stories so I guess in my opinion they more than likely are not taking my case seriously because I am african american. I constantly feel disregarded and I honestly feel as though I should have selected a different attorney.

I would like to sincerely thank Michael Cerjak and the staff at Cannon & Dunphy. Michael worked tirelessly to win my mother's case. He kept focused while the Pandemic shook our nation. He reassured me our concerns would be heard despite political unrest. I'll forever remember the Man to Man respect given when we first met Michael. My dad said "oh yeah I can roll with him" which meant he liked him and trusted him. I'll also remember the empathy shown when my father and brother passed away. Some skills can't be taught in a classroom but are necessary for a job that exceeds well done. For you Michael Cerjak and Cannon & Dunphy, I say job well done 🤝🏾 If there's one thing I would change... Better financial planning and layout for ppl with low income. If you're not careful, it can seem as tho you're getting taking advantage of all over again. Again, I thank Michael for explaining details and bringing in other ppl to help me sort the mess. I could not begin to tell you how much this law firm has touched my life. Most people do not want to go this route - but if you have to then this is the place to begin! Mr. Robinson was helpful, caring, engaging, knowledgeable and an exceptional negotiator! He took care of everything and kept me informed the entire way! One thing i am sure of - Mr. Robinson cares about his clients. My husband and I were in a car accident and realized we needed to hire a lawyer to make sure we were properly represented. As I am sure you know, as soon as most lawyers find out you were in an accident you are immediately overwhelmed with calls and emails from various lawyers all claiming to be the best. From the moment we reached out to their office we were treated with dignity and respect. We were not pressured but presented with clear facts and proper expectations. This was a long process for us (2 1/2 year due to my medical issues). Robert and his assistant Julie Fiedler were always available to answer my questions.. talk about next steps and often.. just talking me off the ledge. Julie took extra care to reach out to me to check on me and it really confirmed that I had placed my trust in the right place. The few times I have to go to the office, even the receptionist had such a warm disposition and chatted with me to make me comfortable. As we came closer to the end of this process, Robert explained in detail all of our options and let me make the decision on what path we were going to take. If you are looking for a lawyer that really takes the time to listen and get to know you and what you need... you need to call Cannon and Dunphy and ask to speak with Robert and Julie.. the dynamic duo!
