Listening to Tom Speak on the USCCA Attorney Webinar really has given me insights to what the general process of what is going to happen after an incident. To find a attorney that takes his time and give information to you for free to better help you understand what will happen and what you should do is the kind of attorney I would want to defend me if needed.

In all sincerity, I hope never to have to use my USCCA friends for anything but information. I will continue to be a member for the peace of mind associated with their services and expertise.
I have found every one of the broadcasts I have viewed to be very helpful and complete. Knowing what not to do is as important as knowing what to do. Both aspects have always been covered in depth. My personal confidence in USCCA goes up with every broadcast I have watched.

Tom, I am from Missouri and have a conceal carry permit. I have been told by a police officer that I do not have to inform him that I have a conceal carry permit and or I am carrying a weapon if pull over for a traffic stop. He also said that if the officer runs my driver license it will show up that I have a conceal carry permit. Is this wrong?

It is good to know at my age (72) that you don't "shoot first and ask questions later" and "shoot or be shot" is not a good thought process. I'm convinced that not firing the first shot is a safer way of thinking. It is much, much easier to walk away from a (gun) fight.
