It seemed like joseph was unprepared at our hearings and as a result was verbally ridiculed by the other attorney’s. Sometimes I felt really embarrassed to be represented by him. When I was lucky enough to get a phone call from him, it would be just before a hearing. Sometimes it would be difficult to get in touch with him. I didn’t want to hire a different attorney but in the end I reluctantly had to.

He won my case.... he was on top of things! He stayed in contact with me throughout my case...He is a excellent lawyer!

Joseph Kennedy is an awful attorney. Never responds to his clients calls or emails. Shows up late and unprepared to court. Doesn't even seem awake when he gets there. Seems completely disinterested in even being in court. I emailed him 20 times and called his office at least ten. I never received a response once. He takes your money and runs. Anyone looking for a criminal attorney should do more background checks than I did. Mr. Kennedy isn't even a criminal attorney, even though he works for Grieve Law, which claims that all of their attorneys are experienced in criminal law. Mr. Kennedy is a divorce and child custody attorney, and he continues to represent clients in those matters. He is not a criminal attorney. Buyer beware.

Joe Kennedy was professional, knowledgeable and very thorough in the handling of our criminal case. We could not have had a better outcome and highly recommend his services.
