Grieve Law was a $3000 MISTAKE! First they forgot to contact the DA office that they were representing me as my attorney in my possible pending charges. Then when charges did come they only came to my house and I had one week until court. Grieve Law and my attorney had no clue at all about me or my case. After my first attorney moved out of state with no communication, Attorney Glenn Gaskill III was given my case last minute. He clearly didn't want to take the time to defend me like a good PAID lawyer should. Charges couldve been dropped completely. He lied numerous times and said if we went to trial that he would lose. Which if he actually opened my file he would know my case is definitely winnable. Instead he ran me through there process like just another number to them. Costing me an additional $900 on top of the $3000 I payed them for doing absolutely nothing. Poor lawyer and BAD FIRM. Try finding a lawyer that will fight for you.

I paid $3500 to grieve for a dui and two years later was told to plead no contest. Why wasn’t I told this after the first few months and it would have been over. I was told they were the best DUI attorneys but I have my doubts. People should ask at the beginning if they have a chance of winning and might save a lot of money

A+++ service. Courteous and client focused. I contacted Grieve Law online with a general question in regards to employment law and OWI for guidance. To my surprise I received immediate attention. Joseph called me and spoke with me for 20 minutes about my concern. In that time my question was addressed even though he did not benefit financially from my situation/concern. I only wish that I had contacted Joseph when attempting to contest the citation back in 2017. I did not received this service when hiring my prior attorney. I recommend Joseph/Grieve Law as I can tell that they are "person-focused" and dedicated to helping/providing exceptional service. I can tell that they have a person's best interest in mind.

I want a refund! I gave this Law Office a retainer of $1,000 for my boyfriend in April of 2019 I called you guys two weeks ago requesting a refund. Receptionist answer the phone look up the case and said someone will return my call soon I haven't heard from anyone yet. He never signed anything when he was initially arrested you guys never called and never even attempted the contact us. I recently retained a new lawyer and she's handling the case I would like a refund from you guys for the $1,000 that I gave y'all and you never did anything. I will giving you guys a call again on Monday and we'll see what happens and maybe I will change my one-star review. But I am most definitely customer cuz you have my money I would like it back. You can look up the last name page. It saddens me to see how quick you guys will respond to a Google review but haven't made an attempt to call me back yet.
