Review on USCCA member video on castle doctrine and other issues related to concealed carry by grieve Law. This was an excellent presention and very inforative.

Tom Grieve gives very straight forward sensible advice from his extensive working experiences to help the responsible, law abiding gun owner know why and how their actions are scrutinized legally. He doesn't pretend to be all knowing and is not afraid to quickly refer you to your local "jurisdictions" for clarity of the laws you are responsible to and apply to the place and time under which a specific issue may arise. Very good information!

It is an exceptional opportunity to engage in critical discussions regarding the responsibility of being an armed citizen. We can never answer every single scenario for every deviation of a scenario for every jurisdiction, however, the fact that we're reinforcing basics fundamentals means that when presented with a real incident we can articulate our thought process and how we reached the decision that we acted upon. Thanks for doing this. I'll be attending (or watching afterward) each month! I really enjoyed it!

Excellent legal discussions. I am a pilot and "chair flying" different scenarios before they occur is extremely valuable to me. If I "chair fly" enough different scenarios then maybe when the "event" occurs, I will have at least thought about correct and legal responses beforehand. I called Lt .... at Rusk Co Sheriff's office after the webinar to discuss local and state laws. He reinforced what Tom and Kevin said with small nuances different in Texas. I think that my mental preparation and physical weapon training will keep me and my family safe with legal and correct use of force in Texas. My goal is to never have to use my weapon, but I know how to use it and UTHANK YOU VERY MUCH! 5STARS! update! Driving home to my ranch tonight ....counting calves in the hay field .... and I see two trespassers in the 60 acre field. I almost grabbed my 12ga from the car but I am concealed carry and what came to mind? The recent webinar with Tom and Kevin. Don't do anything provocative or illegal!! They were trespassing nothing else. So I yelled at them to get off my land. As I was yelling a TX DPS (Texas Department of Public Service Highway Patrol officer) drove up. I conferred with the officer and he dealt with the trespassers. I truly believe that the LORD was protecting me by me thinking quickly over the webinar subjects and repercussions of illegal defense of my land. I followed the law to the letter and the LORD provided a Law Enforcement Officer to just "happen" upon the scene to handle it. I thanked him profusely and I thank you for preparing me for this potential harmful event. Again 5 STARS !!!!
