If you’re looking for representation who actually cares, these are the people. Tom actually has a YT channel advocating for ALL of our rights. He made time twice to talk with me on the phone. Grieve Law is a terrific choice for anyone needing legal advice or aide. As I am almost 40 and have no criminal record, I found myself in a situation that was unexpected and went totally wrong and a family member who is an abuser (in many ways) wanted to press charges and ultimately I was arrested. I was scared, confused, angry and upset, until I found Grieve Law. The very first phone call gave me room to breathe and gave me such confidence that I was going to be okay and that they could help me. Consultations are always Free :). I chose the mid tier (bottom, mid and top tiers available, each has a different $$) to help with my unexpected court case. I worked directly with Kirk Emick. Mr. Emick is compassionate, understanding and very hard working. Even though I did not technically win my case (circumstances were very not typical), Mr Emick was able to help get my other charges dropped, my main charged reduced (he had no other choice as I pled guilty to “shoving” my step father who was blocking me from getting to my daughter), helped to make sure the DA & Judge were aware of the REAL situation at hand and yeah he helped me through the entire process and helped me avoid a typical probation or any classes or jail time. But I also put in the work before the case was settled to show the judge I’m serious in making sure this never happens again. I also wanted to mention Mr. Emicks patience. I was probably not the easiest client due to a severe Neurological Condition I’m suffering with and my strong, never ending emotions of sadness from what I’ve been through and what at that point was truly going on. He let me vent, he let me cry and he was supportive. I was/am GENUINELY grateful for him and his team. I have short term memory loss, trouble retaining information and over all feel ill. Mr Emick let me be able to put my health first as much as possible. I did not have to appear in court besides 2 times (intial court date and the final). Otherwise he represented me and went to battle for me alone in court several times. Would I recommend him or Grieve Law to others? 100% I would!!! :) This law office is ran very well! Excelling in communication and excellence. They work together as a team/family and it definitely shows. So, if you can only afford Tier 1, don’t worry because you will still receive Top Tier attention, care and legal aide as they all support each other in all cases. 10/10 ✨🫶🏼✨

I paid them approximately $5,000 and they didn’t do anything for me. They showed up to two zoom court dates that took about 30 minutes in total. They assigned me an attorney wi was straight out of college, then quit. So then I got assigned another attorney who again appeared to be right out of law school. But I figured she had a great staff around her and that I’d still be in good hand’s, but was I wrong! It seemed to me that they just wanted it to go trial so their part of the contract was fulfilled and they could suck more money out of me. They never even tried one time to contact my ex to work out a deal in order to avoid trial. I think I figured it out and they probably spent five hours on my case all together and that is very generous on my part because it was only probably about two hours, expert I gave them another three as the paralegal probably entered my financials in their system, which was never even filed with the court. Then they asked me for more money and just didn’t sure to for ac court date; I found it from the judge that I was no longer getting represented by the firm. So I cashed the firm and wanted the main last who would be the one to issue out refunds give me a call, which never happened. They however had the attorney call me av couple times but I had told them I didn’t want a call from her, only from the other lady. Go somewhere else because these people are what give matters ac bad rap. They charge a flat rate which they make it seem like it will be in your favor and maybe some of these attorneys are great but I didn’t have that experience. I just know I wouldn’t risk it
