Just awful! Don't set up a consultation even. Husband is in Iraq, and before he left, made an appointment to see if we needed to set up wills. After telling us we could do it for free with the Army, SIX MONTHS LATER, we get a bill for $250 for a consultation with which ever lawyer we talked to. Tried to talk to paralegal, Lisa, for the lawyer who was irrate from the minute she got on the phone, and hung up on me after asking why I had a bill. Terrible experience. This law firm is why lawyers have such a bad rep
