My son came into an inheritance that was a complicated situation and extremely worrisome for me. Amanda provided me guidance and a step by step plan to advise my son of the measures he needed to take. She did this free of charge as “one mother to another mother,” She is a sincere and caring person, yet I sense she could be a strong force in the courtroom and someone you would want on your side.

Amanda helped us with our estate planning process. She did an excellent job of explaining every aspect of the documents she generated and made us feel confident that we were well covered. Her understanding of the process was exemplary!

Amanda had excellent communication skills with us for planning our will and our best real estate ownership option. It was clear what we needed to do, and she answered any of our questions precisely. Our legal documents were going through in detail, and they were filed promptly after signing and completion. I would highly recommend her for a thorough and seamless process.

Amanda fought for me very well she earned every Starr for herself. When I hired her I definitely thought about finding someone else! I kinda felt like she yelled at me!! And then I thought to myself about what she was saying to me. And i thought about her job!! And she only had the very best of intentions. She really does know how to argue for her clients. When she speaks she has a way that honestly makes everyone else in the court room listen and she has a very professional savviness about how she does it. I'm pretty sure that the defendants in the court room felt how I did when I hung up the phone the first time i spoke to her!! She has a passion for what she does for sure, and that is awesome to see. So 5 stars from me!!!

Amanda was hired to litigate in an estate suit where the Personal Representative had violated WI law and did not properly serve the beneficiaries. After the initial consultation with Amanda, my brother and I knew we had the right attorney as we needed someone with that killer instinct to go into the courtroom and try to make things right for the beneficiaries. Amanda and her staff did their due diligence in gathering legal facts and background information, and I'm happy to say that during the Hearing because of her tenacious and rightful questioning, made the PR breakdown and cry. (After all the PR put us through without apology, was very satisfying to see.) In the end, it is always in the hands of a judge; we won on several points and got most of what we desired reconciled to the law. With that said, we are extremely satisfied with the outcome and have no regrets in pursing this and were fortunate to have Amanda take our case and kick some butt on our behalf.

Amanda has been as pitbull for my sister and I as we filed litigation in a family dispute. We won our case against all odds because of her tenacity. She's kind and congenial but aggressive in court settings. Definitely recommend her services. She's wise beyond her years and full of experience.
