We had a boundary dispute whereby our neighbor was attempting to steal our land via adverse possession. We had a very positive experience with Attorney Amanda Wieckowicz representing us. This attorney explained details about handling the estate after my husband's death. She guided me through establishing details of the trust and how to handle specific situations. She handled the situation after I lost confidence in the attorney who had written the trust where very little information was shared with me. This attorney was also great at lifting my spirits and offering strategies when I felt overwhelmed with the decisions to be made.

We retained Amanda Wieckowicz to assist and advise us a ongoing probate case. After 15 months of no information and no progress, Amanda stepped in and got things moving. Her written communication style is amazingly concise and effective. She had an agreement within a month. Without her assistance, I believe the estate would have still been open at the 24 month mark.
