David and Teresa are the most caring attorneys you will ever meet! They know how to deal with social security and get you the results you're looking for in your case. I have referred many clients to them and successful results for everyone one of my friends and family member. One call and that's all you'll need to win your SSD case. Remember this is the most important phone call you will make! They treat you with the respect you deserve not like a number!!

I was referred to Hudec Law Office by a friend of mine (a disability attorney) that no longer practices law in Wisconsin. I'm so fortunate to have found this law firm in that manner. I met with Theresa at Hudec Law only twice. She knew what to do and just as importantly, what NOT to do in the filing of my case. There were also a few time sensitive issues that she picked up on that I'm certain, other law firms would likely have missed. In fact, just to put my mind at ease I consulted with another, much larger law firm. You might say I was seeking a second opinion. Their interview was substantially different than the interview that I received from Theresa and they (the larger law firm) missed VERY critical information during the interview. At the end of the interview I asked the attorney's assistant if she'd like to know about this, this and that, along with xy and z. She tried to hide her embarrassment but it was obvious she knew she'd screwed up, and screwed up BADLY. I left that office thinking that if they were to file my case, I had a strong chance of being denied. I can say with confidence that Hudec Law and his legal assistant Theresa are committed to quality rather than quantity. I know that sounds trite but the fact is, at the big law firm I felt like "customer number 529" that day, as opposed to knowing that I was, and am a valued client at Hudec Law. When the dust settled, Theresa filed my case at the right time and it was approved by Social Security in record time. I'm not suggesting that that your case will settle as quickly as did mine, but what I am attempting to say is this. All of the staff at Hudec Law was, and continues to be professional, VERY knowledgeable and pleasantly helpful each time I make contact with them. If you feel you have a legitimate disability claim, I confidently recommend this law firm. Finally, I don't often write reviews for businesses but here's the reason I wrote this one. My case is settled and honestly speaking, Hudec Law has no reason to entertain questions from me. My case is settled and they've been paid, end of story, or so I thought. Today I had a very specific question about benefits and couldn't find an answer anywhere on the Social Security site. Feeling a bit guilty calling Hudec Law, (because I don't like seeking free advice from a law firm) I called anyway. I apologized for calling and was immediately told that I never had to apologize for calling their firm. The next thing I heard on the phone was, "It's nice to hear from you RJ, how are you feeling?" That's when my strong suspicion was confirmed, they REALLY DO care about their clients! The staff answered my question and told me that I was welcome to call again if I ever had a question about my SSDI benefits. I hope to be off SSDI some day and working again but I also know that if that never happens, Hudec Law will competently assist me in retaining my benefits for as long as is necessary. Pat helped me to get shared placement and shared custody of my daughter after a long 12 year battle with her father and the courts.
