Thomas was knowledgeable and professional setting up my families living trust. He took the time to meet us and learn our history. He is easy to talk with and makes the process very easy to understand. He always answered all of our questions thoroughly and I never felt like there was ever a dumb question. I had a great experience with BGR, their lawyer Brian Laule did an amazing job and everything went smoothly. His communication was flawless and always kept me up to date with my case, which I really appreciated. I felt like he listened to my concerns and was great at answering any questions I had. My husband was injured on the job 5 years ago due to the negligence of the company that he worked for. His injury put him at 75% disability (possibly more) for life. The employer's worker's compensation insurance company's IME first agreed that my husband needed a surgery due to the injury he sustained on the job. He was able to have the surgery he needed. Unfortunately, my husband needed additional surgeries because of his injury. When the insurance company found out my husband needed an additional surgery, they immediately withdrew their agreement and shut down the process of my husband's next surgery. Their IME reported my husband didn't need additional surgeries due to being injured. We had to start all over again through the government medical assistance program and the process was delayed for YEARS. The first attorney that we hired was less than helpful fighting the insurance company on my husband's behalf after we signed the retainer and less than honest about the amount of work they were willing to do for our case. That guy ended up going out of business anyways... So we researched worker's compensation attorneys and found Mr. Kingree. Upon further research, we found that Mr. Kingree had an EXCEPTIONAL amount of professionalism for his career and had the upper hand knowledge of playing on the opposite team for quite some time. So we asked to drop our attorney at the time, and decided that Mr. Kingree was more than worth our consideration. Mr. Kingree's approach to my husband's case was intelligently and tactfully aggressive. He knew the suffering that we were going through. He was with us as our attorney. Mr. Kingree won our case. Though my husband is permanently disabled for life because of his work injury, Mr. Kingree was able to settle with the insurance a amount comfortable enough for my husband to figure out what he can do now and be able to do it. We are very thankful for Mr. Kingree's passion for his role in the judicial system and compassion for the truly wrongfully injured out there.
