I had injured myself at my workplace. I'd never encountered this type of situation before! I had been encouraged by my Physician and another trusted source, to pursue a Worker's Compensation Case involving an Attorney. It was through recommendation, that I came across Kingree Law Firm. Sarah M. DeSalvo ( Paralegal) was the first person I had spoken to. She was SO PERSONABLE and UPBEAT!!!! I INSTANTLY liked her! When Attorney, Luke B. Kingree reached out, he was also, equally PERSONABLE and LIKEABLE! As this situation was all very new to me... I had a LOT of questions and concerns - Sarah had ALWAYS addressed them VERY PROMPTLY and with patience!! As time went on, I had thrown them an unexpected curveball... that had made my case a bit more challenging. But, Luke was very honest and frank about the possible outcomes. I could have hours and I still wouldn’t be able to touch on how amazing Michelle really is. My father retained Michelle last year to seek sole custody of my minor brother, unfortunately my father suffered a massive stroke 2 months later. I contacted Kingree Law in early 2022 due to Wisconsin Workman's Comp. denying my claim for a knee injury that happened in Dec. of 2020. I fell and injured my right knee on the job which caused me to have a total knee replacement. I did not have any problems with this knee before my fall. I am writing this review on behalf of Luke Kingree, Attorney at Law for Workman's Compensation. I was injured at my place of employment in 2016, it wasn't claimed as workman's comp because I wasn't familiar with the workman's comp laws back then, So I went through all the necessary treatment to get healed and back to work, well then I got reinjured so this time I claimed it as workman's comp and after so many treatments they sent me to an ime doctor who determined my injury was not work related and also preexisting, This is were Luke Kingree comes in as my attorney. He worked diligently for 5 years to get me a decent settlement and my medical bills paid. For anyone needing a workman's attorney I highly recommend you contact Luke, I never got to meet him because my case was settle out of court, but he knows the laws regarding Workman's Compensation and he has not lost as case.
