Intake is via "chat" with whatever person from an outsourced chatroom takes your info. You are asked to provide your personal medical details to a third person. Also, the chat room party will ask for your contact info in the event the chat room gets disconnected, which I did. Out chat was prematurely ended by the other end and I received no phone call! My advice: if you wish to contact this law firm, do so via email/phone call.

Nicolet Law Firm handle our chapter 13 bankruptcy with great professionalism. Adam Nicolet explained the whole bankruptcy very well to us that we understood what to expect when we first met with him. Once we were into your bankruptcy if I would have questions. Starr Bower the Senior Paralegal was always very helpful in answering all my question. Oh my god! Can’t believe how hard Ryan and Brittany worked on my case! Outside being extremely professional, they really cared about me as a person. I could not be more pleased with my experience at Nicolet Law.
It was such a relief to hand the problem over to Adam and have confidence that he knew how to work the system. It gave me peace of mind that he took care of every detail and was quick to respond to any questions and clear in his communication.
