I spent less time on the phone with them than anyone other office I called, they were a great help in helping me get the information I needed despite not being able to take on what I'm looking for. They were friendly and professional I felt heard and no one talked over me, let me give detail and everything

I was in a bicycle accident and a car hit me. I thought it would be a simple process recovering my expenses. It got very complicated and you need someone who understands the insurance process. Tried contacting them ( by email) a couple weeks after my accident ( other driver at fault). Their insurance company seems to be slacking. I have everything ( pictures ---nighttime pics right after the accident AND daytime pics to see the extent of the damage . Also , I have the police report. So when I did try getting in contact with Nicolet, they emailed me 2 times asking for my phone number to call me back in regards to my case, but I was never contacted . They could have at least contacted me to let me know that my case was of no interest to them, so I could move on to finding another lawyer to help me with my case .

I was seeking a lawyer for a battery against me at a bar. I suffered sever e permanent injury and required several surgical procedures. They said they don't those kind of cases. Personal injury is personal injury. They advertise a service they don't do. I was innocent of any wrongdoing in the matter.
