John has a wealth of experience in collections, consumer and business. My experience with John was all business collection. I found him to be knowledgeable on the law, but able to explain legal issues in laymens terms. He met all deadlines and was very responsive. Is expertise help our firm avoid several pitfalls in complex negotiations and subsequent legal proceedings. John was always professional even in the heat of negotiations.
