I met with Atty. Majerus this morning and a resolution to my problem was immediate and the issue that I presented came to a swift and fair conclusion. I did not need to hire her as my Attorney, however, I would have zero reservations to have her represent me in the future. Very professional and most certainly knowledge.

I was charged with 1st offense OWI. Did not feel the office had a valid reason to pull me over. From our first meeting Elizabeth expressed confidence that she would be able to have the charge reduced. Put both my wife and I at ease that our case was in good hands. Case was very quickly resolved OWI reduced to a traffic violation, one meeting to discuss the case several phone calls and done. Elizabeth is a great attorney with a very pleasant disposition.

Atty Majerus was extremely helpful in working to successfully resolve my case (3rd offense OWI) while also allowing me to have control/input in my case. She was great at taking my feedback and open to communication from me. She was upfront and honest with me. She recognized that I was a professional with a large lapse in time (12 yrs.) between my 2nd OWI conviction and my most recent one and she used that very effectively in my defense. While in court she also was sure to point out a glaring inaccuracy ( a misreading of the police report) during a statement by the prosecution (Atty Majerus' attention to detail allowed the judge to be presented the facts very clearly and no doubt helped to effect his decision). Hiring Atty Majerus was the right decision for my case.

I was charged with a DOC while I was in the middle of my 2nd DUI. It was not exactly the brightest thing that I've done. Liz helped me get the DOC reduced from a Misdemeanor to a county ordinance violation. I had to spend a year staying out of trouble, but I did it! I believe that my expectations of Ms. Majerus were definitely met in everyway. I believe she has a wonderful future ahead of her. I know if I need a criminal defense lawyer in the future (I definetly won't); she'd be the one I would call ASAP!
