I was 19 when I needed legal representation and was just a poor teenager with little money that made a mistake. It was my first offense, and ended up not working in my best interests and advised a plea deal for the felony fleeing charge would be best. I didn’t know any better, and if I’d known what I know now, I would have made him fight for me or requested a new public defender. Years later, I had money and hired another attorney to reopen my case, and somehow, Kuehn had “lost” all documents regarding my case in a matter of 5 years. I can only assume that because he was acting as a public defender, there was no real financial gain, so why not go for a plea deal and make it go away? If I had gone in front of a jury, I would have had a better outcome, I can almost guarantee that my peers would not have put those huge obstacles in my life for my first offense.

Attorney kuehn is simply one of the best attorneys around no matter what its for or needed, he simply is the best and cares about his clients and goes above znd beyond!

I hired chris to help with my divorce he walked into a really big mess of a divorce I was trying to get custody of my children. I had screwed up my case so bad by the time it had hit his desk it was a losing battle but that didnt stop him from giving his all to help me. I may not have gotten what I wanted but I did end up with a lot more than I would have gotten if he hadn't helped me by the time I hired him for my case I was on a fast track of losing any visitation I had with my kids because I followed the guidance of a lawyer that guided me wrong but chris came in and at least made it so I could continue seeing them I will be grateful eceryday for his help

Literally, whenever my mom had to go talk to him about a the divorce case, he would only talk about his life and was absolutely NO HELP. Not only that, but when I emailed him about how much money he owed me after the case, he never emailed me back, never got back to my messeges. He didnt EVER send me a statement of what the hours I wasted with him. Do NOT hire him.

Got a 25 year sentence dropped down to 7 months. This man is the King of all lawyers. Very knowledgeable in drug case legalities and saved my hide.

I Recommend that you consider Christopher Lyle Kuehn as your criminal defense attorney. I found Mr. Kuehn to be fully engaged and very accommodating in guiding us through the legal system and all the its sometimes complicated interpretations. Mr Kuehn was in control of the entire process. He would keep an open mind with our sugestions, then thoroughly explain why he would agree or disagree. With Mr. Kuehns guidence and expertise we had a very favorable outcome. This lawyer was very unresponsive to our case. He promised things he was unable to deliver. He did not keep me informed of the status of our case. He did not communicate upcoming court dates. He was not proactive in any way to helping with my case. He basically took the money and didn't give the service.

After a little bit of a rough start which was resolved, we are extremely happy with Atty. Kuehn's representation. My son was pursuing 50/50 custody of his kids during his divorce, and thanks to Chris he got a perfect outcome.
