I'll never use them again. Had to call them 5 months after closing to get my title, when they advised me it would be sent within 60 days. Then they sent a sloppy folded document in the mail, looks like to save on postage. Other title companies have assembled these documents much more professionally, and most provide a nice document holder to keep safe. I think they should be embarrassed by how unprofessional they are.

We worked with Paul Margerie on some estate planning, and he was fantastic to work with. He was very open, honest, and responsive, and he explained all legal jargon in layman's terms to make it easy to understand. He was also extremely patient with us as our schedules delayed completion of the work for several months. The process was extremely efficient, and his flat rate fee for the service was by far the best value we found in the area. We'd highly recommend Paul for all your estate planning needs!

Paul was great to work with for our trust & will. Super easy to work with and responsive to any of our questions. We never once felt like we could ask a dumb question. He was more affordable compared to any of the big firms we got quotes from yet felt confident all the bases were covered. Just what we were looking for.

Paul Margerie was extremely pleasant to work with. We were in the process of selling a parcel of vacant land and needed a real estate attorney to help us address a few items.
