Jeff is the poster child for why some lawyers get a bad rap…And I do mean child. I am shocked he has ANY positive reviews! Read and review your bills! (if you make the error of hiring him); understand that if you question the clearly questionable billing? He will demean you, degrade you and threaten repeatedly to drop YOU as a client. Drop HIM! I did! After I realized what I was seeing and dealing with? Led to a formal complaint against him with the OLR. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else. He? Is a bully! I thought, “awesome! If he’s like that with me? Wait until he’s dealing with “them”!” Boy was I wrong! His emails to opposing counsel were embarrassingly inaccurate and soft. I have worked in the legal field for the vast majority of my career and I would never ever recommend him!

Attorney Hynes helped me out of a bind when another company tried using bullying tactics to snuff out the competition. He was smart, patient and strategic in his actions. His questions were succinct, enlightening, and at his urging we sent the plaintiff a clear message that bullying wasn't going to work. The case was resolved without going to court, allowing me to focus on my growing business. Without the expertise of Attorney Hynes I might not be in business today. I still chuckle at the creative and non-traditional settlement that we eventually arrived at. Since that time, my business has thrived and bully plaintiff is out of business.
