John was with me every step of the way on my case and brought a very personal touch to how he handled it. Right from the start, he was very responsive with any questions that I had. John is very good with technology which is a huge help also for being able to work together and meet deadlines and submit documents. John never gave up even when my case took many months to resolve. John always had a plan, even when obstacles came our way during our case which led to a positive resolution in the case. If you are looking for a lawyer who will be compassionate with you and relentless with the opposing side he is a great choice.

Jeff & his staff were the best. Up front, to the point, yet very mindful & respectful of me. He always called when he said he would and was there when I needed him which is so important during a high stress situation. I would recommend him to anyone - his vast skills & knowledge aren't cheap but I can assure you, he's worth every penny.

He was genuinely concerned from the beginning. He took the time to explain all things related to me. He defused any misconceptions I had. He kept me in the loop and was available at all times. He kept me abreast of the progress of our case. He got me every possible dollar I could get. I highly recommend John.

Very poor communication skills, told me he works for me but as soon as I let him know what I wanted to do, he quit my case after 3 years and left me high and dry. Goes months without feed back about what is going on. I regret ever having contacting him. If there was a 0 star I would have selected that.

My representation by John Kueser was good. However, their billing practices are a constant source of irritation. I personally have not heard of anyone sending out bills that are continually growing (of course charges are on going - no argument there) but my consistent payments were not shown. I.e. they show their charges but never my payments. Their answer to me - "we've always done it that way. This was not a small inconvenience. There were other, more pronounced and glaring billing problems. I showed them why their Bank errd in their favor, but their ego would not allow them to admit their mistake, and make it right, regardless of howv obvious it was. AGAIN, John Kueser was great at keeping me in the loop about my actual case! He also was very knowledgeable about the law and had a great bulldog mentality. I do still recommend their firm for you.

John was extremely professional, knowledgeable and fair. Could not have asked for a better lawyer to represent me when I had troubles at work. I would recommend John and his team if you ever have an employment issue.
