I recently utilized the services of Everson Law Office for updating my Will and Power of Attorney documents (Health Care and Finances). At all appointments, I was treated very professionally by the staff and Attorney Everson. I received the results I wanted in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend Everson Law Office for your estate planning needs, as well as other legal matters.

We made an appointment and talked with Bill Everson.. During the 1 hour consultation he could not answer our questions but said he would do some follow up work which was never completed. Emailed him twice and called. None of the correspondence was ever answered so fired him. Received a $300 bill for no answers. Would not recommend.

Attorney Everson has continued to demonstrate compassion, diligence, functional acumen, and punctuality with every encounter my family has had with him. We appreciate the hard work both he and his staff put in to ensure we are getting the professional services and answers we need.

If i could give this 0 stars I would because it isn't deserving of even 1 star. Was working on the purchase of a home and the seller chose for us to send the documents to Attorney Everson. Upon review of our offer, we got an email stating that the seller was no longer interested in selling the property and we were to not contact her ever again. Fast forward a few months later, after viewing public records, we came to find that the house was indeed SOLD to someone else. To make matters worse, the new purchasers last name is EVERSON. Coincidence? I think NOT! Needless to say this was a pretty ruthless and shady thing for an attorney to intervene between a transaction for the purpose of personal or family gain. We are happy that the seller was able to get more money for the sale of her house, however, given the chance to match the offer, we would have likely purchased for the same price. It goes without saying that Everson will NEVER get a recommendation from us or anyone we work with and I would HIGHLY SUGGEST that you do your due diligence before coming to this firm for any real estate advice as you may be putting yourself at risk of being taken advantage of for personal gain of the attorney or his family.

Very pleased with the service we received. Bill was delayed with another appointment, but Stacey took the information, until Bill arrived. Both were very professional and courteous.

I used Everson & Gibbs for estate planning and was very satisfied! Very knowledgeable on the topic and was professional in all regards of the process!

The team at Everson & Gibbs has done an outstanding job for our family for several years. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We used this law firm for selling our business and it was a huge mistake!! Attorney Everson knew very little about closing a business! Truly a waste of my money.
