I’ve used Everson and Gibbs as representation to purchase a home and referred my mom to sell her land. Both transactions went splendidly and we saved money by using them. I have received advice from them on many occasions, to include a foreclosure, getting money back from a landlord and a home owner’s insurance claim. I’ve always felt they had my best interest in mind and dealt honestly with common sense.

I hired everson for a simple offer to purchase for a house. He only spent about 10 minutes with me and said he had all the information he needed for the contract. That cost me $250. Turns out the deal went South he did not look out for my best interests in the contract and would not even return my phone calls when things went bad. I had to go hire a new attorney and they told me the contract he made was very bad and did not do the most basic parts of it. So here I sit . I would not recamend him for anything unless you like to throw your money away.
