When I signed up for representation, the person who took care of my agreement for representation provided information that was not accurate. They said my timeframe for representation would not start until I met with my attorney. Two months went by, and I got emails for payment for my next stage payment when I had not even heard from my lawyer yet. That is when I called and actually found out who they gave me as a lawyer. They extended my timeframe thankfully. However, twice my financial statement had errors that should have been caught by the firm. They provided me with an appraisal person that I paid for, and he never even finished the appraisal of my property. I had emailed my lawyer and his paralegal several times asking questions and getting no responses. I was not provided any valuable information by them at all. I had representation for 6 months and all that was done was one phone call between me and my lawyer, they requested my husband to fill out the financial disclosure and mine and they sent that in, and drafted a child placement agreement that me and my soon to be ex-husband came up with ourselves. And they provided me an appraiser that could not even do the job. I definitely would never choose this option for representation ever again. Now I am down $10,000 for a couple forms being submitted and not even close to being ready for court that we had to postpone.

He's a sleez ball and scum. He will side with the neglectful parent and not look out for your child's best interest.

Didn’t help us out on our case at all. I believe he made deals behind our back. Things seem very fishy with this guy. It was like he was helping the other person out. Last straw was when I said the judge already made her decision. Didn’t even try to change it.

Attorney Morrell is a liar. He was constantly calling me late when he told me he would call or would text and was very unprofessional. He made deals with the other attorney behind my back and admitted to doing so later on. He completely lied about what he was going to say in court and did not help me at all.

He was thorough in his explanations of each stage of my case and helped guide me through the process in far more detail than I expected. In my opinion, Attorney Morrell was great. He was honest with me from the start about the uphill battle we had, and was there for me every step of the way.
