Staff is professional and friendly. The 5 star + is the sense of ethical and moral attitude and professional conduct of people who truly care about their client and their clients best interest. I really enjoyed working with them on my settlement. They set realistic expectations with my case and were very professional. Like all insurance settlements it took a long time, but they were always there to answer my questions for me. They didn't get my hopes up and were honest, but still exceeded my expectations with our settlement. I hope I never need to call them again, but would if i had too!

I would like to take just a moment and say thank you to the law firm of Tabak Law and in particular attorney Alex Icorn. Back in 2011 I suffered a terrible accident while on the job. I will not mention the accident or my employer in detail. Though I will say this is one of those accidents that should never have happened. If only our supervisor's would have listened to the safety concerns of their employees! After having a four level cervical fusion c-3 through c-7 and having several months of therapy i was informed I was listed at 50% disabled. This cannot be, they must be mistaken I thought to myself. How ever after trying to get back to a normal life and trying to do many of the things one takes for granted I came to accept the fact that my plans for what I loved to do and places I wanted to go, well just took a dramatic turn! What is the one saying no employer should ever here of their work place? "It always takes someone getting hurt before they will do anything about it!" Alex helped me through some gray times,gave me encouragement,assured me he could help and from that day on handled all matters. Did I mention that i contacted other law firms and they did want my case? Well five years later I'm still working at trying to golf. shoot my bow and arrow,ride my bike and just get back to doing some of the things in life that are ones passions. Due to the multiple diagnostic complexities and legal variables with my disability I honestly believe I would have been denied my badly needed and highly legitimate disability claim had it not been for Tabak Law. If you want the best chance for approval of your claim if you are disabled get a lawyer before you begin. And if you want the best law firm go with The Tabak Law Firm and their high caliber attorneys. I saw a 1 star review and I respectfully disagree. Here and there possibly they may be busy working on and winning cases for other clients. They have a heavy caseload of many many clients because of their excellent reputation. They made the best and strongest possible case in the legal briefs they filed for my case based on my medical records. They seem to genuinely care about helping people with disabilities but it's all business and excellent legal knowledge, research, and and representation when it comes to being in court. I sympathize with the reviewer who gave 1 star because her calls were not answered right away. I too often want to talk with someone the moment I call and yes I wasn't able to always do that. But I can't argue with this firms sincere dedication to helping the disabled and their highly effective legal representation and I can't argue with the results I've seen in my own case. They win cases! Highly Recommended!!!

I called three differnet Law Firms and Tabak Law was the only one to contact me. I asked lots of questions and looked into their history. It was the best return call I have ever received. I was assigned a contact person who called every 60-90 days just to check in and say hi. They also gave updates and reiterated that they were working very hard and if I had any questions to call. Many people have told me about their bad experience overall with Social Security so I expected a bad experiance. Boy was I wrong. When it was time for the hearing, the Lawyer (Alex) called to explain what to expect, gave the worst case senorio and the best case senorio. I will suggest Tabak Law to everyone and anyone. This was the best experience I have ever had. I was very surprised on how much information Alex knew about me. He really did his homework and I would/will recommend him and/or Tabak Law to anyone who needs these services.

Tabak Law has helped my friend's and family on several different occasions and each time they could not have been more pleased. They are one of the few law firms that you can actually talk with when something goes bad and they are always there to reassure you that they will make it right.

I gave it one star because there was not an option to give it ZERO! I WOULDN'T recommend this place on my worst days. They are horribly unorganized you only get to meet and know who your attorney is RIGHT before your court date you have little to no interaction with YOUR attorney who's the one representing and talking on YOUR behalf! You can call all you like it takes up to 72 hours to get a return call and that is from the paralegal. I went to court back in November of last year and still have heard nothing from SSD or my attorney I have to keep calling them to try to get an update and they keep telling me to keep calling back you're better off representing yourself if you only have the option of going to them I'm just saying your choice but I'm telling you for a personal experience. Having them as a lawyer is worse than walking in the court without a lawyer think twice! #IKIWISHIDID

Couldn't have asked for a better law firm! Everyone is very knowledgeable and willing to help! Definitely recommended for any type of disability.
