Marelia. I was very pleased with her performance

Vic Reyes was assigned my case and really didn't follow up on anything he would tell me he was going to check up on, different items about my case and then I wouldn't here from him for weeks and would have to call him instead,then I found out from Ellen there was a lot of information that Vic didn't even tell me at all.Vic was bad about calling people back if you left him a voice mail as well,he never called you back.Basically when he would call all he would ask was if I had any questions about my case that's it, didn't tell me the procedure's of my case,not really sure what he did because I was the one that had to always contact my disability case worker and ask or answer questions.I thought an attorney was supposed to make the client's life less stress full on legal matters, that wasn't the case here.

The person I talk to Mariel she was very professional and she helped me step by step with all the information and the questions she need a big raise.
