Alex did a fantastic job with my workers comp case, Life is still difficult, but he got the results he was aiming for with the insurance company.

Alex did everything he said he would and in a timely fashion as well. I was a doubting person and basically said I'll believe it when I see it... Well. I saw it and he was totally honest about what they could do and did it...

I had the pleasure of working with Attorney Alex and his assistant Emily who were both great! I honestly felt that they cared about me and my family. When I first called Tabak I was not sure if I was eligible to get anything else from my work comp claim since the claim was already conceeded. Alex got my social security claim approved after the third time it was sent back by the federal government to a judge. He was very well prepared in court and immediately pointed out the many errors that the doctor who was testifying over the phone kept making. He also returned my calls and spoke with me before the hearing about what I should do to improve my chances of being approved. Overall, a great person and attorney.
