I met with him AND my financial advisor for a free consultation on Nov 12, 2018 for us to review and determine if it would financially be in my best interest to pursue a child support review. I trusted him to be honest and only take on my case if his services would not outweigh the increase in support I would receive. He specifically told me all you needed to do was to supeona my ex to secure tax documents to determine the pursuit of a child support review. I was unexpectedly invoiced over $3000. He charged me for our initial free consultation. He spent time talking with my ex's lawyer which I was not consulted on if I wanted this service. When my ex's documents were secured he were not knowledgeable enough and required I review them with an accountant and provide him with the results. He charged me with numerous hours of reviewing documents with no results to show for his services as of Feb 22, 2019.
