Worked with Steve on numerous occasions and continue to do so. Usually put him in impossible situations from a timing perspective and he always manages to surprise me by getting the transactions completed when needed. Committed, dedicated and extremely competent in all that he does. And, in addition to all that, a genuinely "nice" man who respects his family, his community and his clients.
