Edit: Ted has now responded and taken care of the necessary tasks related to the estate.
My family has been trying to get in touch with Ted for almost a year now to close the estate of my deceased father. He has been unresponsive to emails, phone calls and even a visit to this office without any explanation. We have had no communication from him or his office and do not recommend him as an attorney.

Ted is honest and fair. He takes the time to explain options, potential outcomes, and allow you to make the best decision for you. His rates are fair and he puts the time in. He is personable and knowledgeable. You do not feel like "just another client."

I have much respect for Ted and how he practices. He does a great job explaining options and ways to move forward in a fair and respectful manner. He is prompt with calling you back if you have questions as well. Family situations are an emotional time and he keeps you on track while listening to your concerns.

The hourly rate was reasonable and all time with them was well spent. I felt he was well prepared and very knowledgeable and also helped me prepare for what was coming. He was able to answer all of my questions, helped me go through the process with no surprises, and kept things moving so that we didn't spend anymore time waiting than we had to. Overall I would recommend him to anyone going through a similar situation.
