I went to court today for a 1st OUI. I was very concerned of the consequences. Mr. Skvara was professional and fast thinking and was able to represent me much better than I could have myself. Mark represented me in a case for a charge of Hit and Run, which I felt was an excessive charge under the circumstances of the incident. I was facing a felony for violating a deferred judgement agreement. Usually the DA would give the felony. It is unheard of that I wouldn't get the felony. I got an OWI while on probation which violated the deferred judgement. After talking with the DA he got the deferred judgement extended for 2 years so now I have a second chance to do things right this time.
