David is very knowledgeable in estate and probate issues. He conducted a comprehensive review of my legal documents and offered insightful suggestions to complete my executor duties.

Estate planning documents were very comprehensive, including good written instructions for transferring assets. David was very patient in explaining items that I had questions on, and I had quite a few, and also with the time it took me to make some decisions and get alternate representatives, etc. There were a few errors in the first draft of the documents but the second draft was all good.

Our family hired David to assist with Medicaid issues when my Grandparents fell ill and we learned they had cash values on their life insurance policies. He was very knowledgeable on the subject and never left questions go unanswered. His response time was remarkable on both questions and paperwork. His assistant was also very friendly and helpful. It was a tough time for our family but thanks to David he took a huge burden off of us by handling this piece of the puzzle.

I first met David when he was asked to step in and help with the settlement of my father’s estate. He listened carefully and helped and guided me as things got complicated with another sibling. My husband and I then made the decision to hire him to help us update our will. We also asked for his help in getting our adult daughter’s affairs in order as she was diagnosed with a life altering medical condition and is the single parent of a small child.
