Maciolek was very professional helping me navigate with my long criminal case, he was always there to answer my questions and he did a tremendous job at representing me.

Eric was my lawyer in a lengthy criminal case in addition to a few others that got tacked on during a very difficult period in my life. He went above and beyond any efforts than any other representative ever has in my experience. Eric genuinely cares about his clients and does not see them as just a "paycheck". His goal is to see you thrive as a person and move on from your mistakes. His honesty, empathy and understanding has forever changed my views on lawyers. They are not all stereotypical, money-hungry "machines". He will hear your story, give you the benefit of the doubt, give you raw and honest advice, the difference between his thoughts and the facts, and he will be on your side even if he doesn't agree with you. Eric changed my life and I'll speak nothing but the highest regard on his name. 11/10.

Eric helped me out tremendously on multiple occasions. I can’t thank him enough for how much he has done for me. He literally drove 4 hours to meet me in person the same day I was arrested in a different county. I’m glad the one call I was allowed to make while I was in jail was for Eric. He professionally explained everything very thoroughly through some very stressful times. Helped me make a fully informed decision and dropped my charge from a felony to a misdemeanor in my last case. Also helped me get minimal repercussions on another occasion when I was dealing with a 3rd DUI for blowing a .03 BAC. I’ve unfortunately dealt with a lot of lawyers and Eric Maciolek is by far the best experience I’ve had. He will forever be the person I consult when it comes to criminal defense.
