He currently is serving as a public defender for my significant other, whom missed his initial appearance for some bail jumpings and they put out a warrant & is now currently been sitting since 7/23. For the first week, nobody could get ahold of him nor his assistant. The second week someone was finally able to speak to his assistant whom said she would get a a bail reduction hearing on the books. It bas been literally almost a month and the family is blowing him up begging for his help and he deliberately ignores us promising everyone day by day that he will file something and do his job but cannot even keep a phone appt like he promised.

Mark was very professional to work with and extremely knowledgeable about the various laws pertaining to O.W.I. and persistent in dealing with a friend's case. The case took an extremely long time to get through with the pandemic. Never once did we worry about what was going on with the case because we knew he was in good hands, and as a matter of fact, maybe one of the most in the area to handle this kind of case. It was definitely not a cut and dry case but the charges were dismissed in the end thanks to his great work. I would definitely recommend in the future.
