I spoke with Thomas. He was short with his responses to my questions and would not give a straight direct answer about what he was capable of doing or not doing. It seemed like I was bothering him. I would expect a lawyer practicing for this long to have more classes in his communication skills. If there was a no-star rating, I would have selected it.

We have had Tom Parins help set up several new companies and have sought his advice over the years on various legal issues relating to business operations. He successfully represented our company in settlement of a legal action involving an employee's former employer. We also work closely with him in conjunction with our accountant on business and personal tax planning.
