$215 just to hear what they think is possible with your case... you need to earn your retainer fee and your hourly rate. make your customer confident in your ability and then ask for money.

Me and my now ex-wife were going through a bankruptcy with Lewis & Van Sickle which went fine and they did a good job with. The problem was that my wife spoke with OUR attorney about the value of our home and was advised to just walk away from the debt. This was based of completely wrong estimates of the value of the house. I believe there were serious ethical concerns in my case. I know that the attorney did not look out for my best interest, that's for sure.

Tara and staff are 2nd to none. Tara is a very well organized and very talented attorney in the court room. I feel like the judges really enjoy her straight forward no nonsense approach to getting to the point. She did a great job getting my child support payment down to a fair amount after getting a very unfair divorce settlement with a different attorney.
