My current wife and I hired Tara for a custody dispute which was complicated and took almost a year for us to successfully resolve. As a single father of a daughter it has always been an uphill battle for me because of being discriminated against in the past (unfortunately many people in the legal system still believe fathers are not competent enough to raise daughters) . In the 10 years of fighting with my ex-wife it was the best decision I ever made. Tara was extremely knowledgeable and very open, honest with me throughout the process even if it was not what I always wanted to hear. Tara and her staff were always available to me and I always felt prepared having them in my corner. My ex-wife did not retain a lawyer and therefore it was apparent she was unprepared for each step of the process while I was always prepared and ready. In the past I had always tried to save a few bucks and not use an attorney because lets be honest, no one really wants to spend that extra money. However having Tara's guidance, experience, and knowledge made every penny I spent well worth it and I could have never gotten the result I did without her.

$215 just to hear what they think is possible with your case... you need to earn your retainer fee and your hourly rate. make your customer confident in your ability and then ask for money.

Tara and staff are 2nd to none. Tara is a very well organized and very talented attorney in the court room. I feel like the judges really enjoy her straight forward no nonsense approach to getting to the point. She did a great job getting my child support payment down to a fair amount after getting a very unfair divorce settlement with a different attorney.

She's a plea bargain attorney who's money hungry , paid for her to go to trial and she stated that I'll still have to pay her after trial was over, ended up taking the plea , so what did I pay her for & she's not giving anything back . Very very very money hungry ! Charge for everything she does on her own and sends you the bill ! Paid around 6700 just to take a plea !

We retained Attorney Tara Adolph to represent my wife in a placement and custody issue. Attorney Adolph was very informative right from the start. She spent time going over the case with us and explaining the different outcomes, not just telling us what we wanted to hear. She created realistic expectations, which helped us choose the right legal course. We were always able to reach Attorney Adolph or her paralegal with questions, and if neither were available, we typically received a response within 24 hours. I obtained Tara for my Daughter, She told me if I came up with the retainer that she did not care if I payed her 20$ a month for the remainder. I usually paid 6 - 700$ a month and on occasions would skip a month but she would accept all payments I sent her, At the nearing of the end of the case she apparently forgot that she had made the statement about the twenty $ a month and pulled out off of the case due to lack of payment that by the way was in the mail and she cashed about three to four days later. She did not seem knowledgeable, said a lot to us of what she planned to do inside the court room but said nothing when the time came, she made us feel that she was more on the opposing side then she was for use. Would not recommend her.

Tara & Kelsey went above and beyond for me. I cannot say thank you enough to the both of them. They were truly awesome in a very difficult time for me. Tara & Kelsey really care for their clients and are always on top of things. When my X husband's attorney dragged things out they were persistent on getting the job done. She walked me through the steps I would need to take, which was to print forms and fill them out. It saved me so much time and money.
