I ended up going with the third home I bid on and Scott was there for me through every step. He was extremely responsive and friendly and made it one of the best experiences I've ever had with an attorney! He was professional but friendly and even responded via email from his phone to make sure I had timely answers. I've never had such quick and thorough responses from an attorney! He was absolutely fantastic. He was able to help me get my earnest money back when the first house I bid on fell through (the house did not come close to passing inspection) and walked me through every step when I changed my mind on the second house and finally settled on the third. I'm now sitting in a beautiful new home that I am comfortable with, thanks in large part to Scott. I will absolutely have Scott represent me in future transactions!

Scott handled a recent Real Estate transaction for me. He did a wonderful job reviewing the associated documents and in tern, explaining them. Questions were answered quickly and completely. The whole transaction was a smooth affair.

I recommend Scott Engstrom to anyone who wants my input. I had my husband's ex-wife try to file a restraint order on me (his current wife). Even though justice was on my side, Scott, used the law, and it had it dismissed. Then, the ex-wife did a DE novo, and we had to go back again to court. And Scott, professionally, was able to get us in and out quickly. He was incredible. Thank you Scott.
