This was the best money I’ve ever spent! He was extremely knowledgeable and showed kindness that was actually authentic! He told me he could help me with my case and that is exactly what he did! Over the course of a year we spoke multiple times whit fast and educated responses! He went above and beyond any expectations I had! Mr Simon was hired as my attorney back in 2017. His main focus with my case was getting count one removed, and did everything he could to talk me out of a trial. I felt like I had no fight and no one to fight for me. He gave me a lack of confidence impression on many occasions. My mind was so lost, Ididn't even contemplate on hiring a different attorney instead. Mr Simon didn't like the honest review I left back on Google and he won't be able to get it removed anyways. As it turns out, Edward Burke was speaking with Todd behind my back and they were working together. That's the impression I was getting anyways. Why else would Todd not fight for me? It was revealed by my new attorney Mr Gergen that the police had to 'ask for permission' to arrest me. This was at the Machner hearing in October of 2018. Todd Simon quickly aborted the courtroom upon me taking the stand. Judge Michael T Judge abruptly ended the hearing after the reveal of the New evidence. He gave me the look in the back like he was hiding something. I have the brief which contains the truth of my case listed on the Google site. Feel free to refer to it if you're curious. When Todd would visit me in jail, he gave me the impression that I was going to prison from the get-go. That's also what gave me the impression of a conspiracy. "You're only 31 years old. No one is getting locked up forever!" "I can only get you probation if this was any other County but Oconto." True statements he thought I would never remember. At my sentencing, Judge Michael T Judge stated "and then they met" when no meeting occurred. They needed a reason to justify sending me to prison. "The only reason why we're here is because he placed the ad in the first place." Except for one little minor detail, I was looking for an adult woman not a child. Officer Jamie Kuhn lied in the police report saying that I tried to lure a child to my car. Completely false. I never got out of the car or met anyone. They had to ask for permission to arrest me because I committed no crime. I'm sharing my story with as many people as possible so they can all learn the truth.

Had an entrapment case out of Oconto Wisconsin where the ex DA Edward Burke was able to coerce Todd to work against me. The pictures detailing the brief of my case will tell you everything you need to know about what happened. Thank you to attorney William Gergen who revealed that the police have to ask for permission to arrest me because there was no crime. Turns out Judge Michael Judge is also corrupt because he did nothing despite the facts being presented. I will expose them. Top 5% attorney? Hardly!
