He understood this area of the law better than most attorneys I talked to & we were able to get what we wanted. I did feel like he didn't do enough to try and settle this case early so he could squeeze out every dollar. It dragged on for way too long. He seemed unprepared when he stood up in court to speak & didn't seem confident. I wouldn't count on him to advocate for you. I suggest you prepare what you are going to say to the judge. He did help me understand this area of the law & knew exactly what we needed to settle this case.

Todd managed to get my case dismissed! He is very personable, uses good judgement and is persistent. He responded to my questions in a timely manner and is very knowledgeable of the law. The case was originally classified a felony and misdemeanor, then lowered to two misdemeanors, then finally dismissed.
