In 2016 my life came crashing down. I was in search of the best lawyer i could afford and after speaking with Shane i was confident he was the guy. After i hired Shane he not only went to work for me but he also put my small business to work as well. Shane could see the hard working guy in me and trusted me around his family and home. In the end i didnt get scott free like i dreamed but its not the end of the world. My charges were very serious and Shane did the best for me. I appreciate everything he did to help me legally and financially. If you need a lawyer to go to bat for you give him a call and inform him about your case. He more than likely is the guy you've been searching for. He has many years of experience in all types of cases and is well liked in some of the worst counties. Thank you Shane! Screwed over my step son didn't even fight for him

I had one of the worst experiences with Shane B.. he was completely unprepared during court. He kept shuffling through his gathered paperwork and wasn’t answering the Judge’s questions clearly. It almost seemed like he accidentally took the wrong folder to court and didn’t know what to do. That wasn’t even the main issue because I know that mistakes happen.. we’re all humans. The issue was that right after I was convicted Shane stops outside of the courtroom and tells me “I hope you’re not waiting on me for information because I don’t have anything more to say to you.” That was the last time I spoke to him. (Shane wasn’t able to drop anything or change anything). It was extremely unprofessional in the sense that he didn’t care what the outcome was as long as he was paid. I was very disappointed that I had hired him for this case.. it might’ve been the same if I had gone by myself.. The reason I decided to go with him in the first place were the great reviews and feedback I read online. I feel like he has a group of people that will write reviews just to push him back up on the ranks. Needless to say, I ended up realizing that he had lost every case from every person that I personally spoke to that had previously been represented by Shane. I wish I had hired a different lawyer if I had known how unhelpful he was. The fact that he was rude and unprofessional added to my negative experience... Bottom line: Regardless of my opinion on Shane, he did not even seem to try.. I do not know him personally so this is not biased on my own opinion on him as a person. I just know that he was the most unhelpful lawyer I have come across when it comes to criminal defense. I did leave with a positive lesson from him. -Do some research on potential lawyers to ensure that you don’t end up hiring one based on online reviews and end up in the same position that I was left in. The only thing that you will gain is the lawyer’s bill for the remaining balance of a case that he/she failed at. Everyone makes mistakes. Not everyone is perfect. The fact that he lost the case is one thing, but the fact that he completely failed to try is another. Stay positive. Perhaps you might be the one he actually attempts to help. God bless us all.

Would never recommend. Settled my case without ever speaking to me. Absolutely nothing done that favored me. Ended up worse than if I had hired no one. Took my $3000 retainer and still charged for trivial tasks.

Good trial lawyer

I was charged with a serious sexual assault crime. Although the charge was absurd, I was very afraid of the possibility of a bad outcome. While I felt the criminal justice system was always stacked against me I had the advantage of a great attorney on my side to give me a little peace of mind. My case dragged on for about a year and a half. I had to sit in jail for half of that time awaiting trial. I am certain this would have been much less if I had hired Shane sooner. I assure you that this man will handle your case to the best of his ability. Thankfully, his ability is equal to or above any lawyers in the area. I was impressed at how well he handled the court proceedings and that he always took my opinion of what was happening and how to handle things into consideration. The law is not fair. The system is not fair. Don't kid yourself. I had my life turned completely upside down over a lie and the DA's office could not have cared less about the truth. Thankfully, after a year and a half, I had my day in court. My jury trial was nothing like a movie. Shane knew everything to be expected and how to pick and handle a jury properly. He knew all the technical significance of every aspect of the proceedings and any case law that applied. I was overjoyed and relieved to get the justice I deserved, finally. To hear the words not guilty gave me a sense that jury trial is as close to a just process as we can get, considering we use such little science in some of this. I would advise ANYONE considering hiring an attorney for ANY CRIMINAL MATTER to do it and if you take that advice HIRE MR. BRABAZON. The price is high, but life is something that a person can afford to pay for.

Attorney Foote is an understanding and knowledgeable attorney and he gave me clear direction on my path forward and helped me better understand my legal issue. I met with him for a consult and although I did not end up retaining him, what I thought set him apart from others is that instead of trying to convince me to retain him for my legal issue he instead recommended another attorney with more expertise in dealing with my specific legal issue. That being said my legal issue deals with a very specific part of the law and if I ever have anything happen again outside of this specific issue I would not hesitate to call attorney Foote again. Attorney Foote will NOT steer you wrong. Recommended!
