Over the phone was very rude. I made a call about a case in progress. Told me to take my name and number they would get back to me. Now 3 months later I have not received a call or any additional information about my case. I call back only to be told that Lein would be out of office for a month, and that they would take a message. I calmly expressed that I have left a message and never got a single call back. I would like some answers. Whoever was on the phone hung up on me. I called back got someone else. And was told that he'd be in office on Friday. I just want some additional info if any on my case. The Communication is poor. I wish they would be more professional about it. And provide a call back within a week. Not to be ignored for 3 months with no callbacks after leaving a message.
