Due to unfortunate circumstances, I found myself having to file bankruptcy. This is neither a fun process nor one I'm proud of, but Cindy and Matt with Lein Law made it as painless and simple as it possibly could be. I was never made to feel like anything but a valuable client. Both Cindy and Matt are incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and helpful. While I wouldn't wish anyone having to face the same situation, if you happen to find yourself in need of a Bankruptcy Attorney, I highly recommend Lein Law Offices. My lawyer, who is based of Duluth, recommended me to these people, because I have a legal issue relating to the city of Eau Claire and these people were supposed to be local. I have called them once a week for the past 4 weeks trying to get ahold of an attorney to even see if they think my case is something they could handle. Apparently either the attorneys or the receptionists were lying, because the attorneys came back to work on July 30th, according to the receptionist I spoke to last week, and she told me to expect a response by the end of last week. Well, I just called again today, Tuesday, 8/6, and according to THAT guy, the attorneys only returned to their office today. I spoke to an attorney today, he was very rude and dismissive "yeah Im just not interested in this type of case right now but I appreciate your call!" He told me he appreciated my call like 7 times. I was trying to ask questions, what type of case did he think this was, does he have any other recommendations. He told me that he thought this case was about me being overcharged. I said that that was not true, there is a lot more to this story, could I please tell him and then maybe it would be a "type of case" theyd care about? Dude literally just said "no lol, I dont wanna hear it and Im not interested." Okay, well why didnt the mfer tell me this 4 weeks ago? So I could waste my time trying to find help that doesnt exist? Great legal place to go for help, I miiight recommend my least favorite person on the planet to go here, since they are Oh So Effective and Helpful Edit after response: Quite honestly, I was just not impressed with how long it took me to get ahold on an attorney, and then subsequently I was not impressed with the interaction I had where he was so dismissive and rude. I was expecting at the very least to be able to tell my story and get recommendations. Neither of those things happened.

They took away a lot of worrying ove a workman's comp case. I'm a fire chief for a volunteer fire department. I was injured on a very bad call. I began to be treated poorly by our towns workman's comp. They basically threatened me if I retained counsel. We'll I hired Lein Law Offices and they took care of me respectfully.

Matt and Curt are both excellent attorneys. They are confident and aggressive in their specialties. They don't beat around the bush and waste your time, and will immediately let you know if you're asking for help in an area they're don't specialize in, but then they will kindly refer you to someone who does..They also have a large helpful, and friendly support staff each with their own area of expertise. I have experience with many attorneys, and can say that Lein Law is at the top. Five star law firm!
