Kevin worked on defining a Pre-Nuptual Agreement for me. He also updated a Revocable Trust Agreement for me. In all phases of both the Trust and the Pre-Nuptual agreement, Kevin worked with me to insure the documents were clear and concise. We discussed both documents numerous times until they were legally correct. In addition, he clearly explained to my Fiancee the implications of signing the Pre-Nuptual Agreement without legal representation. He wanted to insure that both her and I understood this. In regards to the updating of the Revocable Trust, he made sure all of my wishes were conveyed clearly so their interpretation would be clear after my passing.

Kevin was quick to establish what the options were, and followed through very well to work on/with the options I chose. As things continued to be contentious during the divorce, he continued to execute in the direction of my preferences and best interests. He did an excellent job of priming me about what to expect every step of the way, which was greatly appreciated especially right before court hearings.
