I was involved in a semi versus an SUV. I was driving the semi. I called on September 9th, was transferred to leave a message, which I did. I called back on September 10 and talked to Katrina. I was told someone would get back to me that afternoon, Friday, or at the very latest Monday....that was LAST Monday...and still nothing. :(
