Attorney Vogel and his staff have been professional and courteous to me with complete consistency over the many years they have filed my taxes. This includes telephone and in-person communication. The service is exemplary. Attorney Vogel has also provided my parents with estate planning and their level of comfort and satisfaction with him couldn't be higher. I'm an Attorney who contacted this firm with family estate issue. I gave them the basic information about the issue and they called me back later in the day. The woman from the firm said they had a few more questions and I told her I was happy to answer them. When I answered her very first question, "No, definitely not", she actually said to me that she could really "do without the attitude". I was stunned, I would never treat a potential client that way, especially since I was only politely answering her question. I'm pretty sure she isn't an attorney herself, but her rudeness was so over the top I had to tell her that I appreciated the call back, but I could tell we weren't a "fit" and I was no longer interested in their "help".
