Brenda was very informative and honest. She cares and that is important when having someone represent you. She helped me in my dui case with injury and after that whenever i had questions I could call her and ask and she would give me advice. She is smart and compassionate and was very helpful. If you are in trouble my best advice is after the time of your incident do something good to show growth for the judge. Brenda is amazing.

She does not communicate or return calls. Does not study your case or provide any information prior to the court date. Gives false information. Tells you one thing and another happens not reliable or dependable just wants the money.

I have court tomorrow and have not had 1 conversation with her!!!! She has never returned a call or reached out on her own.

She was representing my boyfriend in a case we paid her completely up front. She never answered her phone. Never called back if left a voicemail. She’s never in the office overall very frustrating and terrible experience. His freedom is on the line and she won’t do the work for the services we paid her for. Would not recommend

Atty. VanCuick took on a case where the State of Wi. wanted to removed our foster son who has special needs. The State felt we would not be able to met his needs. The State had no Safety concerns. Atty. VanCuick did a great amount of research in able to help us during this difficuldt time and if she did not know the answer she would search for the answer. Atty VanCuick very senstive, knowable, and able to answer our questions when needed. Atty VanCuick keep us informed of the court proceedings.
