Mr. Cecchini was always available and returned phone calls promptly, even on a Sunday evening. His explanation was very thorough regarding Wisconsin law and the court system. His attention to detail was simply incredible. I would highly recommend him to anyone wants a fighter on their side.

I hired Mike after being dissatisfied with a different attorney, who had handled my case up to that point. The Sunday after I hired him, Mike called me and said that he was going over my case and had some questions he wanted to clarify. I was very impressed that Mike was working on my case on a Sunday afternoon. Even though my case became way more complicated than we had originally anticipated, Mike stuck to the flat rate that he had quoted, and didn't ask for any more. Mike always answered the phone when I would call, or called me back quickly. Mike met with me multiple times, as the case progressed, and always explained everything clearly. Mike is by far the hardest working criminal defense attorney I have met. I had been charged with two misdemeanors and a felony, and we were well prepared to go to trial, however the prosecutor chose to accept the plea offer that WE had put on the table - one misdemeanor and pay a $50 fine. While nobody can perform magic, I am convinced that Mike is the best defense attorney in Kenosha. He works very hard, pays attention to the details, and is always very well prepared. Mike has handled 2 separate situations that were very difficult. I highly recommend him for all legal criminal issues. Whoever posted on here that he doesn't know what he's doing is a phony. Just look at all his books and articles. He's not a sellout attorney, knows all the technicalities and is a feared trial attorney. I wouldn't call anyone else.

Helped me out unbelievably. Got dismissals for me when the state was pushing felony time for bogus charges. He was easy to contact. He was great to deal with personally and was the only criminal lawyer i ever felt was truly on my side. Super intelligent guy.

Mike said he could handle my case, but he did a poor job and did not seem to know what he was doing. Not a very good outcome, and he did not explain things to me. He did not like when i questioned him, and did not answer my questions, but he did mention that he used to be with some big fancy firm. That did me no good. He seems like a nice guy, but i would never use him again.
