My partner reached out to Joe veenstra for help with a serious legal matter that has taken a longterm negative toll on his quality of life. He explained to Joe that he suffers from disabilities and his health has been further compromised by this matter. Joe said he would look into the matter and never got back. My partner reached out to Joe again and he ridiculed him and ignored his complaints. Joe's response to the situation was completely unprofessional, arrogant, compulsive and unethical. How can you disregard someone with disabilities who came to you for help when you advertise as a disability lawyer? Joe is not fit to work with the general population much less the vulnerable population. This law firm should be avoided at all costs. Joe should brush up on his ethics and work on his interpersonal skills. After the experience with joe, I have absolutely no faith in this law firms ability to handle even the most basic legal matter. You would get a better bang for your buck going with a state public defender than hiring joe Veenstra. Joe seems like his expertise would be better suited in a field like waste management or the guy that wipes down loads at a peep show.

Joe helped SAVE La Crescent Animal Rescue. He stepped in and up when we were in a desperate situation and he fought for us every moment. He's professional, extremely knowledgeable, and a kind human. I am so grateful to have him represent our organization.

Joe Veenstra helped settle a 9.7K lawsuit against me for $1,200. A VERY substantial difference. He also voluntarily gave me plenty of useful advice for my business. I would certainly recommend his service.

Ryan and Tiffany went above and beyond. They were excellent at communication, and kept me posted as soon as they got me more information. I wouldn’t have changed for the world, I hope nothing like this ever happens again but if it does im calling Nicolet. I appreciate you all 🙏

Michelle Guillien is the worst divorce lawyer in La Crosse? I do not have enough information to confirm the answer to that question is yes. But do NOT make the same mistake I did and hire her if you are seeking a divorce attorney. She will seem pleasant enough in your initial meeting. But it won’t take long for you to realize she is most interested in racking up billable hours in your case than working hard to get you the most favorable outcome possible in your settlement. You can expect that a typical 30-minute meeting with her will include at least 20 minutes of her rambling out loud as she tries to recall what she told you during your last meeting or talking in circles as she tries to explain a mistake or oversight she made in your marital balance sheet calculations. The real kicker in my case was that she omitted an approximately $50,000 capital gains tax liability from the final marital balance sheet used in my settlement. While she did admit that it was her fault and that she “should have thought of that”, she billed me thousands of additional dollars for the ensuing hours spent addressing her mistake!
