I had occasion to use Ms. Eglash to help with estate planning. She not only prepared a will and made specific recommendations to ensure that it met my needs but suggested changes so that the will and other estate planning documents would be flexible to meet my needs as I (and my family) aged.

We have known Ms Eglash for a long time and have put off our estate planning. Ms Eglash and her staff were helpful, courteous, and did not pressure us in any way. Heidi presented options and explained every step of the process, and how every decision we made would affect our heirs. When we were unable to come to her office for the final signing of the paperwork, she came to us. I call that above and beyond service.

I found it very comforting that Mrs. Eglash was very careful not to influence personal decisions, and emphasized her role as counselor and consultant.
