He should go into politics because he loves to write/talk long lengthy communication vs getting the job done. If you hire him be prepared to listen to him more than him listening to you.

Jason began handling my case after the termination of my first lawyer. I wish he had been my first, which would have saved me a lot of time and dollars in the long run. I quickly became very confident in Jason's abilities and comfortable discussing everything with him. Five years after the divorce, I immediately contacted Jason on a follow up matter, which was resolved with less than two of his work hours. While l hope, I will never again be stupid enough to require his services but, I would recommend him to an equally stupid friend. Mr. Goldstein handled for me what must be the most difficult thing there is. A false accusation where someone is seeking a restraining order. Ordinarily, these are granted almost all the time. But Mr. Goldstein does not accept losing. You can count on him for ethics, fairness, and a superior knowledge, And personally he is also just as good, and it shows. You have him with you, and you are not traveling alone at all. In this area, he is the BEST there is. And in all areas where I have lived, he rates as the best I have known as well.

The biggest snowball affect can occur even when law for public policy motivates citizens in communities compliance. In my case where fourth amendment rights were violated by unauthorized public employee error..I am glad for the study of Attorney Goldstein and I feel clients will benefit from successful legal recourse with the lawyer.
